SAT

My Sunday starts with me doing SAT work (bleh) what's gotta be done has gotta be done!

I worked with charcoal today for the first time, and I think I'm alright at it! I did a self portrait of myself and hear it is! I was also able to sketch some hands and faces off of the permanent collection in the Hammer, which is incredible.

My drawings so far.

I just started taking a drawing class at the Hammer, and although I at the beginning stages, I'm very excited to share my drawings!
The first one is supposed to be a self portrait, but I am still working on face structure etc. the next few are of drawings from my class of a model posing.

I'm back!

I haven't used this blog in a long time, but I'm glad I'm restarting! I am very excited to announce that I have been doing many things including putting together a portfolio. I will be posting a few pictures of the designs I have made so far, and hopefully you can tell me what you think! I have also started taking an art class and I'm very excited about beginning to build my drawing skills. I will be poring pictures of what I find, learn, and explore all around me, and I am so thrilled to share my experiences.
